Items we serve but don't advertise. Dishes that technically exist. Food experiences that require a brief moment of reflection before ordering.
One random customer per night adds an item. It lives here for one week. Some are brilliant. Most are chaotic. All are real. We've made every single one.
Suggested by a guy named Derek who was very confident about it. Pepperoni, mozzarella, marinara, folded into a corn tortilla, finished with crushed Takis. Derek was right. We owe Derek an apology for doubting him.
Submitted at 1:47 AM by someone who was clearly hungry and had been drinking for several hours. Scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, maple syrup, and jalapeño jam in a flour tortilla. Disgusting idea. Transcendent execution. She gets a free meal for life.

I, the undersigned, acknowledge that The Inferno Taco contains peppers that have been measured on the Scoville scale and found to be, in the words of our kitchen staff, "absolutely unnecessary." I understand that consuming this item may result in tears, sweating, hiccupping, a brief spiritual crisis, and/or involuntary applause from nearby tables.
Section 2 — Mystery ProteinRegarding The Unicorn Taco: I agree not to ask follow-up questions. The answer will not satisfy me. The taco will, however.
Section 3 — The Blackout ElixirI understand that The Blackout Elixir is a single-serving, one-time experience. I will not argue with the bartender. The bartender has heard every argument. The bartender has made their decision.
Section 4 — General ReleaseI release Tacos & Tears, its founders, staff, Los Taco Kings, and Craig's brother from all liability arising from the consumption of secret menu items. This includes but is not limited to: emotional revelations, unsolicited crying, spontaneous dancing, and texts sent to exes.
